As requested Nancy's   recipe for

Lemon Blueberry Scone's

2 C. Flour

¼ C. Sugar

2 tsp. Baking Powder

½ to 1 Tbs. Lemon Zest

½ C. Butter

¾ C. Blueberries

1 ¼ C. Milk

Juice of 1 Lemon

2 Tbs. Sugar

Mix together flour, ¼ C. sugar, and baking powder. Grate lemon zest, then juice lemon and add juice to the milk. Let set so the milk will sour. Cut butter into the flour mixture. Add lemon zest. Add blueberries. Add in all but ¼ C. of milk mixture. Mix together, then put on lightly floured counter and knead  until dough is a little sticky. Roll out and cut in desired shape. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with leftover milk mixture. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Best when served warm.
